Recently relocated to Orlando from Melbourne, Rina needed help establishing a network in her local area. She wanted assistance connecting with people who could become clients, but also people who could refer clients.

Execution

With over 10 years of experience we felt it was important to notify her previous clients that she was still in real estate, just in a different city. The first thing we did was create an online presence. We started with a landing page, a Facebook business page, an Instagram page and a blog. We wanted to establish her as a separate entity from RE/MAX. So we put together a small color palette, provided a typeface, and signature logo. This was important for brand consistency. Her content would be unconventional and we wanted users to know where it had originated.

After distributing the various content Rina was able to make five sells in less than 60 days.
